In May 2004 a collector was able to acquire the work Study Of A Tree by Jean Baptiste Charles Kops for EUR 896.25. This price was achieved in the auction AXEL VERVOORDT, ANTWERP at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00 set by the auction house.
