This artwork by Jean-Claude Novaro achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in July 2020. In the Michou Collection auction, the work Grande Coupe Polylobée - 1993 sold for EUR 1,170.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 600.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Jean-Claude Novaro; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Sans Titre, 1993 sold at auction in February 2008 with the realized price of EUR 1,487.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Jean-Claude Novaro erzielte im Juli 2020 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Michou Collection wurde die Arbeit Grande Coupe Polylobée - 1993 für EUR 1.170,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 600,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Jean-Claude Novaro; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Sans Titre, 1993 im Februar 2008 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 1.487,00.
