In the Erotic Online auction, the work Femme Nue Endormie Dans Un Fauteuil, Paris, 1976 sold for GBP 2,750.00 (€ 3,187.26) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jeanloup Sieff achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Yves Saint Laurent, Paris, 1971 in June 2010 with an auction result of EUR 39,400.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Jeanloup Sieff erzielte im Februar 2020 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Erotic Online wurde die Arbeit Femme Nue Endormie Dans Un Fauteuil, Paris, 1976 für GBP 2.750,00 (€ 3.187,26) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jeanloup Sieff erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Yves Saint Laurent, Paris, 1971 im Juni 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 39.400,00.
