Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Joe Reihsen could be acquired at Artcurial in Cologne in June this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Twenty One Contemporary auction, the work Blue moon or something at footsies - 2014 changed hands for EUR 656.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Joe Reihsen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Destruction probable but not guaranteed in September 2015 with an auction result of USD 20,000.00 (€ 17,917.94).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Joe Reihsen konnte im Juni diesen Jahres bei Artcurial in Köln für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Twenty One Contemporary wechselte die Arbeit Blue moon or something at footsies - 2014 für EUR 656,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Joe Reihsen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Destruction probable but not guaranteed im September 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 20.000,00 (€ 17.917,94).
