Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In December 2018 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Important Winter Sale, which included the work Sunny landscape with red cottage by Johan Krouthén. Here, the upper estimate of SEK 70,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for SEK 80,000.00 (€ 7,870.11). Admittedly, works by Johan Krouthén have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Girl with umbrella in December 2021 with an auction result of SEK 400,000.00 (€ 39,017.49).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Dezember 2018 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Important Winter Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sunny landscape with red cottage von Johan Krouthén zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von SEK 70.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für SEK 80.000,00 (€ 7.870,11) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Johan Krouthén auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Girl with umbrella im Dezember 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 400.000,00 (€ 39.017,49).
