It changed hands for a price of GBP 46,850.00 (€ 56,973.96) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Johan Laurentz Jensen - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Danish Stilleben Med Blomster I Græsk Vase (Still Life With Flowers In A Greek Vase), which sold at auction in May 2008 for GBP 90,500.00 (€ 115,119.96).
