Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April 2003 Christies in London held the auction OLD MASTER PICTURES, which included the work Portrait of the comtesse de Bernicourt, half-length, a rose in her right hand by Johann Ernst Heinsius. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 3,055.00 (€ 3,980.46). Admittedly, works by Johann Ernst Heinsius have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Marie-Adélaïde De France, Dite Madame Adélaïde, Fille De Louis XV (1732-1800) in March 2018 with an auction result of EUR 39,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April 2003 führte Christies in London die Auktion OLD MASTER PICTURES durch, in der auch die Arbeit Portrait of the comtesse de Bernicourt, half-length, a rose in her right hand von Johann Ernst Heinsius zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 3.055,00 (€ 3.980,46) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Johann Ernst Heinsius auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Marie-Adélaïde De France, Dite Madame Adélaïde, Fille De Louis XV (1732-1800) im März 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 39.000,00.
