The result of SEK 80,000.00 (€ 7,652.65) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 80,000.00 – 100,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by John Bauer achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 'Troll, stjärnenatt' (Troll, starry night) in December 2021 with an auction result of SEK 1,700,000.00 (€ 165,824.35).
