Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 460.00 (€ 752.75) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 400.00 – 600.00. Admittedly, works by John Pedder have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Corrie Kinloch, Sutherland; and Loch Merkland, Sutherland in October 2006 with an auction result of GBP 3,120.00 (€ 4,661.56).
