Auction result misses estimated price range
In February this year a collector was able to acquire the work Torre de piedra by José Ramón Alejandro for USD 701.25 (€ 661.43). This price was achieved in the auction Modern & Contemporary Cuban Art at Bonhams and was even below the estimate range of USD 1,000.00 – 1,200.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by José Ramón Alejandro achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Petit Traité De Morale in February 2021 with an auction result of EUR 6,875.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Februar diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Torre de piedra von José Ramón Alejandro für USD 701,25 (€ 661,43) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern & Contemporary Cuban Art bei Bonhams erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 1.000,00 – 1.200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von José Ramón Alejandro erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Petit Traité De Morale im Februar 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 6.875,00.
