In October this year VAN HAM held the auction Thinking in 3-Dimensions | ONLINE ONLY, which included the work Konvolut von 3 Multiples. by Joseph Beuys. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 1,716.00 72% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Joseph Beuys achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Zeitpunkt: Das Massaker von Muenchen (Point of time: The Massacre of Munich) in February 2016 with an auction result of GBP 854,500.00 (€ 1,094,936.23).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 72 % übertroffen
Im Oktober diesen Jahres führte VAN HAM die Auktion Thinking in 3-Dimensions | ONLINE ONLY durch, in der auch die Arbeit Konvolut von 3 Multiples. von Joseph Beuys zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 1.716,00 und damit 72% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Joseph Beuys erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Zeitpunkt: Das Massaker von Muenchen (Point of time: The Massacre of Munich) im Februar 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 854.500,00 (€ 1.094.936,23).
