This artwork by Konstantin Kryzhitsky achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in June 2008. In the Russian Art auction, the work Haymaking sold for GBP 43,250.00 (€ 54,669.45) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Konstantin Kryzhitsky have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Landscape in June 2009 with an auction result of GBP 289,250.00 (€ 339,425.18).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Konstantin Kryzhitsky erzielte im Juni 2008 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Russian Art wurde die Arbeit Haymaking für GBP 43.250,00 (€ 54.669,45) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 15.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Konstantin Kryzhitsky auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Landscape im Juni 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 289.250,00 (€ 339.425,18).
