The work Nu - 1933 by Lev Tchistovsky was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in October 2018. It achieved a price of EUR 8,840.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 26 %. Admittedly, works by Lev Tchistovsky have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Reclining Nude in November 2011 with an auction result of GBP 70,850.00 (€ 82,710.12).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 26 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Nu - 1933 von Lev Tchistovsky kam im Oktober 2018 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 8.840,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 26 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Lev Tchistovsky auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Reclining Nude im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 70.850,00 (€ 82.710,12).
