Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Running Hare by Lucy Kinsella was sold in the Sporting Art and Dogs auction at Christies in London in June 2005. The price achieved of GBP 780.00 (€ 1,156.01) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 500.00 – 1,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lucy Kinsella achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 'Mojo Workout' (Boxing Hares) in November 2006 with an auction result of GBP 40,800.00 (€ 60,589.28).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Running Hare von Lucy Kinsella wurde im Juni 2005 in der Auktion Sporting Art and Dogs bei Christies in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 780,00 (€ 1.156,01) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 500,00 – 1.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lucy Kinsella erzielen.
