Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Aguas Territoriales by Luis Martínez-Pedro was auctioned at Bonhams in New York in July 2021. The price achieved of USD 3,825.00 (€ 3,224.04) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Luis Martínez-Pedro achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Composition No. 16 in November 2016 with an auction result of USD 43,750.00 (€ 41,359.43).
