Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Horses by Ma Jin was sold in the Modern Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in March 2019. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 21,240.00 (€ 2,410.02). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ma Jin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Appreciating Horses In The Countryside in April 2015 with an auction result of HKD 7,280,000.00 (€ 841,354.60).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Horses von Ma Jin wurde im März 2019 in der Auktion Modern Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 20.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 21.240,00 (€ 2.410,02) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ma Jin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Appreciating Horses In The Countryside im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 7.280.000,00 (€ 841.354,60).
