Auction result well in line with expectations
The work 336 by Mariah Robertson was auctioned at Phillips in an online auction in February last year. The price achieved of USD 5,670.00 (€ 5,051.67) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Mariah Robertson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work 117, which sold at auction in September 2016 for USD 15,000.00 (€ 13,347.57).
