Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Zugerberg by Martin Peikert was auctioned at Christies in London in January 2015. It changed hands for a price of GBP 1,375.00 (€ 1,830.00) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Martin Peikert achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Verbier in January 2015 with an auction result of GBP 21,250.00 (€ 28,281.89).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Zugerberg von Martin Peikert kam im Januar 2015 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 1.375,00 (€ 1.830,00) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Martin Peikert erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Verbier im Januar 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 21.250,00 (€ 28.281,89).
