A top price for Michael Bilsborough - as previously expected
In October 2021 Sothebys in New York held the auction Boundless Space… The Possibilities of Burning Man, which included the work “Do It Live:” Drawings from Black Rock City by Michael Bilsborough. It changed hands for a price of USD 882.00 (€ 763.50) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 500.00 – 1,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, “Do It Live:” Drawings from Black Rock City is the most expensive artwork by Michael Bilsborough that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Oktober 2021 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Boundless Space… The Possibilities of Burning Man durch, in der auch die Arbeit “Do It Live:” Drawings from Black Rock City von Michael Bilsborough zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 882,00 (€ 763,50) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 500,00 – 1.000,00.
