Auction result well in line with expectations
In February 2015 Artcurial held the auction Urban Art, which included the work Sans Titre - 2006 by Mist. The price achieved of EUR 3,640.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Mist - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Hypoténus - 2011, which sold at auction in February 2020 for EUR 13,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Februar 2015 führte Artcurial die Auktion Urban Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sans Titre - 2006 von Mist zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 3.640,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 3.000,00 – 4.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Mist mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Hypoténus - 2011 beobachtet, die im Februar 2020 für EUR 13.000,00 versteigert wurde.
