Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Naftali Bezem could be acquired at Sothebys in New York in December 2016 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Israeli & International Art auction, the work Female Figure With Still Life changed hands for USD 4,375.00 (€ 4,146.13) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Other works by Naftali Bezem have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in May 2000 by the work Blessing in the Sinai Desert at USD 4,700.00 (€ 5,038.59).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Naftali Bezem konnte im Dezember 2016 bei Sothebys in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Israeli & International Art wechselte die Arbeit Female Figure With Still Life für USD 4.375,00 (€ 4.146,13) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Naftali Bezem wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Mai 2000 die Arbeit Blessing in the Sinai Desert mit USD 4.700,00 (€ 5.038,59).
