Auction result well in line with expectations
In April this year Artcurial in Paris held the auction Contemporary Art, which included the work Composition by Natalia Dumitresco. The price achieved of EUR 1,050.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Natalia Dumitresco achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Composition, 1957 in December 2010 with an auction result of EUR 42,671.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April diesen Jahres führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Composition von Natalia Dumitresco zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.050,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Natalia Dumitresco erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Composition, 1957 im Dezember 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 42.671,00.
