It achieved a price of SEK 380,000.00 (€ 36,651.96), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 27%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Olof Sager-Nelson - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Ett barn" ("A child"), which sold at auction in June 2016 for SEK 1,250,000.00 (€ 133,248.73).

Die Arbeit "I skogen i Clamart" (In the forest in Clamart) von Olof Sager-Nelson kam im Oktober 2018 bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von SEK 380.000,00 (€ 36.651,96) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 27%. Für andere Arbeiten von Olof Sager-Nelson mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Ett barn" ("A child") beobachtet, die im Juni 2016 für SEK 1.250.000,00 (€ 133.248,73) versteigert wurde.
