A top price for Otto Weber - as previously expected
The work 'He's cast a shoe' by Otto Weber was auctioned at Christies in London in November 2002. The price achieved of GBP 47,800.00 (€ 74,852.34) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, 'He's cast a shoe' is the most expensive artwork by Otto Weber that we have observed at auctions so far.
