This artwork by Paolo Roversi achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in New York in April 2011. In the The Feminine Ideal: An Important Private Collection of Photographs auction, the work Kirsten pour Romeo Gigli, Londres; and Kirsten in Nero, 1989-1990 sold for USD 11,250.00 (€ 7,590.58) - well above the upper estimate of USD 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Paolo Roversi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Roos for Dior, Studio Luce, rue Paul Fort, Paris 2017 in July 2021 with an auction result of EUR 56,700.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Paolo Roversi erzielte im April 2011 bei Christies in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion The Feminine Ideal: An Important Private Collection of Photographs wurde die Arbeit Kirsten pour Romeo Gigli, Londres; and Kirsten in Nero, 1989-1990 für USD 11.250,00 (€ 7.590,58) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 5.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Paolo Roversi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Roos for Dior, Studio Luce, rue Paul Fort, Paris 2017 im Juli 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 56.700,00.
