It achieved a price of EUR 25,200.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 26 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paul Gauguin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Maternité II in November last year with an auction result of USD 105,730,000.00 (€ 102,421,776.62).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 25.200,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 26 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Paul Gauguin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Maternité II im November letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 105.730.000,00 (€ 102.421.776,62).
