In the Giorgio Forattini's Parisian residence auction, the work Portrait of Drum Major with Corps of Drums sold for EUR 1,700.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 600.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Paul Émile Léon Perboyre achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Cavalry Engagement In The Franco-Prussian War of 1870-71 in July 2005 with an auction result of GBP 33,600.00 (€ 48,736.48).
