Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Paesaggio con figure by Pietro Scoppetta was sold in the ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO auction at Christies in Rome in June 2004. It changed hands for a price of EUR 5,952.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 4,500.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Pietro Scoppetta have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Vue du port d'Amalfi in December 2004 with an auction result of EUR 32,900.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Paesaggio con figure von Pietro Scoppetta wurde im Juni 2004 in der Auktion ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO bei Christies in Rom versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 5.952,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 4.500,00 – 6.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Pietro Scoppetta auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Vue du port d'Amalfi im Dezember 2004 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 32.900,00.
