Here, the upper estimate of USD 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 22,500.00 (€ 16,194.04). Admittedly, works by Ragheb Ayad have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work To The Animal Market in October 2010 with an auction result of USD 122,500.00 (€ 88,167.55).

Die Arbeit Musicians and Dancers von Ragheb Ayad kam im Oktober 2010 bei Christies in Dubai zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 20.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 22.500,00 (€ 16.194,04) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ragheb Ayad auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit To The Animal Market im Oktober 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 122.500,00 (€ 88.167,55).
