Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Portrait of Madame Kessler by Raoul Dufy was auctioned at Bonhams in London in November 2021. The price achieved of GBP 2,295.00 (€ 2,694.55) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Raoul Dufy achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les Regattes À Trouville in February 2015 with an auction result of GBP 1,505,000.00 (€ 2,075,171.47).

Die Arbeit Portrait of Madame Kessler von Raoul Dufy kam im November 2021 bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 2.295,00 (€ 2.694,55) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Raoul Dufy erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Les Regattes À Trouville im Februar 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.505.000,00 (€ 2.075.171,47).
