Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2020 Bonhams in New York held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art, which included this untitled work by Robert Marc. The price achieved of USD 6,375.00 (€ 5,335.62) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Robert Marc have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in November 2020 with an auction result of USD 44,062.50 (€ 36,878.56).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2020 führte Bonhams in New York die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Robert Marc zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 6.375,00 (€ 5.335,62) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Robert Marc auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im November 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 44.062,50 (€ 36.878,56).
