Auction result well in line with expectations
The work D'Où Vient Le Vent? by Roland Topor was sold in the Collection Marianne et Pierre Nahon, l’art c’est la vie Online auction at Sothebys in Paris in March 2019. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 1,000.00 – 2,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 1,125.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Roland Topor have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The angry postman in February 2008 with an auction result of EUR 6,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit D'Où Vient Le Vent? von Roland Topor wurde im März 2019 in der Auktion Collection Marianne et Pierre Nahon, l’art c’est la vie Online bei Sothebys in Paris versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 1.000,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 1.125,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
