This artwork by Ronnie Cutrone achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in March 2010. In the 1970-2010, 40 ans d’Art Graffiti auction, the work Sans Titre (Today Sponge...), 1992 sold for EUR 3,570.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ronnie Cutrone have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Bird's Eye View in July last year with an auction result of USD 25,200.00 (€ 24,701.04).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Ronnie Cutrone erzielte im März 2010 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 1970-2010, 40 ans d’Art Graffiti wurde die Arbeit Sans Titre (Today Sponge...), 1992 für EUR 3.570,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ronnie Cutrone auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Bird's Eye View im Juli letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 25.200,00 (€ 24.701,04).
