Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A panoramic view of Rome with St Peter's Basilica by Rudolph Müller was auctioned at Bonhams in London in July last year. The price achieved of GBP 1,147.50 (€ 1,370.32) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Rudolph Müller have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Franciscan monks on a terrace, Assisi beyond in October 2000 with an auction result of GBP 3,760.00 (€ 6,426.91).

Die Arbeit A panoramic view of Rome with St Peter's Basilica von Rudolph Müller kam im Juli letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.147,50 (€ 1.370,32) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Rudolph Müller auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Franciscan monks on a terrace, Assisi beyond im Oktober 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 3.760,00 (€ 6.426,91).
