In October 2012 Artcurial held the auction “Hommage à la modernité de Tel Aviv” Sale Benefiting to Museum of Art of Tel Aviv, which included the work Quartier " Menashia , 1951 by Rudi Weissenstein. The auction ended at the price of EUR 100.00, which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of EUR 50.00 – 100.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Rudi Weissenstein achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Declaration De L'Independance D'Israel Et Rue De Tel Aviv in December 2010 with an auction result of EUR 1,148.00.
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Im Oktober 2012 führte Artcurial die Auktion “Hommage à la modernité de Tel Aviv” Sale Benefiting to Museum of Art of Tel Aviv durch, in der auch die Arbeit Quartier " Menashia , 1951 von Rudi Weissenstein zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 100,00 entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 50,00 – 100,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Rudi Weissenstein erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Declaration De L'Independance D'Israel Et Rue De Tel Aviv im Dezember 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 1.148,00.
