Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Saâdane Afif could be acquired at Artcurial in Paris in May 2011 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Séquenceur #1 Contemporain auction, the work Fountain Archives, 2008 changed hands for EUR 1,400.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Saâdane Afif achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work National Shake (Linz) - 2004 in November 2016 with an auction result of EUR 14,300.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Saâdane Afif konnte im Mai 2011 bei Artcurial in Paris für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Séquenceur #1 Contemporain wechselte die Arbeit Fountain Archives, 2008 für EUR 1.400,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Saâdane Afif erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit National Shake (Linz) - 2004 im November 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 14.300,00.
