Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 1,645.00 (€ 2,688.69) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Admittedly, works by Samuel Fulton have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Collie in October 2006 with an auction result of GBP 9,000.00 (€ 13,446.80).
