Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

In June last year Artcurial in Paris held the auction Sanyu, brush drawings, which included the work Nu Allongé by Sanyu. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 23,616.00 18% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sanyu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Five Nudes in November 2019 with an auction result of HKD 303,985,000.00 (€ 35,256,632.18).

Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen

Im Juni letzten Jahres führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Sanyu, brush drawings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Nu Allongé von Sanyu zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 23.616,00 und damit 18% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sanyu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Five Nudes im November 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 303.985.000,00 (€ 35.256.632,18).
