A top price for Zhiying Shi
The work Sea II by Zhiying Shi was sold in the +86 Chinese Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Shanghai in October 2015. It achieved a price of CNY 375,000.00 (€ 53,760.64), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. With this result, Sea II is even the most expensive work of art by Zhiying Shi that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Sea II von Zhiying Shi wurde im Oktober 2015 in der Auktion +86 Chinese Contemporary Art bei Christies in Shanghai versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von CNY 375.000,00 (€ 53.760,64) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Sea II sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Zhiying Shi, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
