Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Shirazeh Houshiary was auctioned at Christies in Dubai in October 2013. Here, the upper estimate of USD 30,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 31,250.00 (€ 22,988.08). Admittedly, works by Shirazeh Houshiary have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Door in October 2012 with an auction result of USD 158,500.00 (€ 122,318.26).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Shirazeh Houshiary kam im Oktober 2013 bei Christies in Dubai zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 30.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 31.250,00 (€ 22.988,08) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Shirazeh Houshiary auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Door im Oktober 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 158.500,00 (€ 122.318,26).
