Admittedly, works by Suzuki Harunobu have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Furyu enshoku Maneemon (Fashionable lusty Maneemon) in March 2007 with an auction result of USD 144,000.00 (€ 107,671.60).

Die Arbeit Burning love letters von Suzuki Harunobu kam im März 2019 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 20.000,00 (€ 17.812,61) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 67%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Suzuki Harunobu auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Furyu enshoku Maneemon (Fashionable lusty Maneemon) im März 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 144.000,00 (€ 107.671,60).
