Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2021 Sothebys in London held the auction The Hoarder: Part III, which included the work Blurry Pussy by Tala Madani. The price achieved of GBP 52,920.00 (€ 63,122.46) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Other works by Tala Madani have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in February 2015 the work Elastic Pink was auctioned for GBP 47,500.00 (€ 65,495.45).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2021 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion The Hoarder: Part III durch, in der auch die Arbeit Blurry Pussy von Tala Madani zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 52.920,00 (€ 63.122,46) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Tala Madani konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Februar 2015 die Arbeit Elastic Pink für GBP 47.500,00 (€ 65.495,45) versteigert.
