The work Wolkenlandschap by Toon Hermans was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in November 2007. It achieved a price of EUR 3,000.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Toon Hermans achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Zelfportret Met Papieren Muts in November 2004 with an auction result of EUR 66,920.00.

Oberer Schätzpreis um 50 % übertroffen

Die Arbeit Wolkenlandschap von Toon Hermans kam im November 2007 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 3.000,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50 %. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Toon Hermans erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Zelfportret Met Papieren Muts im November 2004 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 66.920,00.
