Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Tran Duy Liem | La Baignade Dans La Rivière (The River Bath) by Tran Duy Liem was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in July last year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 60,000.00 – 90,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 63,000.00 (€ 7,861.11) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Tran Duy Liem - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work La Baignade Dans La Rivière (The River Bath), which sold at auction in October 2015 for HKD 150,000.00 (€ 17,524.00).

Die Arbeit Tran Duy Liem | La Baignade Dans La Rivière (The River Bath) von Tran Duy Liem kam im Juli letzten Jahres bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 60.000,00 – 90.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 63.000,00 (€ 7.861,11) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
