Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In June 2005 Christies in Rome held the auction ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO, which included the work Venezia, Scorcio di Canale by Vincenzo Cabianca. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 9,300.00 16% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Vincenzo Cabianca have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Corteggiamento, 1860 in June 2005 with an auction result of EUR 74,400.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juni 2005 führte Christies in Rom die Auktion ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO durch, in der auch die Arbeit Venezia, Scorcio di Canale von Vincenzo Cabianca zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 9.300,00 und damit 16% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Vincenzo Cabianca auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Corteggiamento, 1860 im Juni 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 74.400,00.
