Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Taverna A Posillipo by Vincenzo Migliaro was auctioned at Sothebys in Milan in June 2007. The price achieved of EUR 16,800.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Admittedly, works by Vincenzo Migliaro have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Afternoon Siesta in April 2002 with an auction result of USD 130,500.00 (€ 144,967.78).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Taverna A Posillipo von Vincenzo Migliaro kam im Juni 2007 bei Sothebys in Mailand zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 16.800,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 15.000,00 – 20.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Vincenzo Migliaro auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Afternoon Siesta im April 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 130.500,00 (€ 144.967,78).
