A top price for Vladimir Georgievich Bekhteev - as previously expected
The work Young Women At The Well by Vladimir Georgievich Bekhteev was auctioned at Sothebys in London in November 2008. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 120,000.00 – 180,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 133,250.00 (€ 161,109.26) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Young Women At The Well is the most expensive artwork by Vladimir Georgievich Bekhteev that we have observed at auctions so far.
