Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Fairytales by Wan Shouqi was auctioned at POLY in Hong Kong in July last year. The price achieved of HKD 72,000.00 (€ 8,984.12) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Admittedly, works by Wan Shouqi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A View from Mount Jin in May 2014 with an auction result of HKD 562,500.00 (€ 53,198.31).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Fairytales von Wan Shouqi kam im Juli letzten Jahres bei POLY in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 72.000,00 (€ 8.984,12) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Wan Shouqi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A View from Mount Jin im Mai 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 562.500,00 (€ 53.198,31).
