Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2011 a collector was able to acquire the work A stable interior by Willem Jacobus Boogaard for GBP 1,187.50 (€ 1,337.33). This price was achieved in the auction Christie's Interiors at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 1,200.00 – 1,800.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Willem Jacobus Boogaard - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Leading out the cart horses, which sold at auction in September 2000 for GBP 2,820.00 (€ 4,718.72).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
