A top price for Wu Zi - as previously expected
The work Calligraphy by Wu Zi was sold in the Classical Chinese Paintings And Calligraphy auction at POLY in Hong Kong in April 2013. It changed hands for a price of HKD 115,000.00 (€ 11,257.21) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 100,000.00 – 120,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Calligraphy is the most expensive artwork by Wu Zi that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Calligraphy von Wu Zi wurde im April 2013 in der Auktion Classical Chinese Paintings And Calligraphy bei POLY in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 115.000,00 (€ 11.257,21) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 100.000,00 – 120.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Calligraphy das teuerste Kunstwerk von Wu Zi, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
